Introduction: KQ-130F is a single-row 9-pin small-volume high-performance zero-crossing carrier data transceiver module. It is a cost-effective carrier module specially designed and developed for reliable transmission of data under 220V AC, strong interference, strong attenuation, and long-distance requirements. Suitable for meter reading, street lighting, smart home, fire protection, building control and other applications where power lines are required to transmit data.
KQ-130F series performance: 1. Integrated KQ-330F module and peripheral circuit carrier board, no need for other coupling components, directly connected to 220V AC. The outer dimensions are 533817 mm (LDH), and the single row of pins is led out (see the figure below). The pins are connected to the 220V AC power supply without direction (1 pin, 2 pin spacing 2X0.1 inches). 2 feet, 3 feet are 1.1 inches apart, and the remaining feet are 0.1 inches apart. 2. Pin Description: 1P--AC: Firewire (or neutral) of 220V AC voltage 2P--AC: Zero line (or fire line) of 220V AC voltage 3P--+5V: +5V transmit power (260mA), if the data can be suspended, the power consumption can be suspended. 4P--GND: Digital circuit ground 5P--+5V: +5V working power 11mA 6P--RX: TTL level, carrier data input, connected to the TXD of the single chip, high resistance input can not be left floating 7P--TX: TTL level, carrier data out, connected to the RXD of the microcontroller 8P--MODE: mode selection, floating or connected to 5V is high level, grounding is low level 9P--NC/RST: The reset pin (active low) is only used when switching modes frequently during operation. Need this function, the pin should be left floating
