Test the authenticity of your Krugerrand Coins with this device. It is compact and small enough to be carried in a pocket.A genuine Krugerrand emits a ringing sound when struck (generally done by dropping it on a table). However, this tester reduces the risk of damage to the coin, by gently striking it.Typical Tungsten based coins will not give off a ringing sound, and will instead make a dull thud.
