KWV CABERNET SAUVIGNON 1997 , Dark , cherry red appearance. A powerfull , yet elegant , example of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is packed with exquisite blackcurrant fruit; richly flavoured and vibrant on the palate with an underlay of oaky vanilla. Firm , ripe tannins. Endowed with power and future strength. Winemaker : Kosie Moler.

KWV CATHEDRAL CELLAR PINOTAGE 1994, 3 BOTTELS of wine is medium to full-bodied with a deep red colour. The fruity nose, also evident in the soft rounded sweet plum flavours , is given firmness by a hint of oak .The wine is smooth on the palate and has a lingering aftertaste.

CATHEDRAL CELLAR CABERNET SAUVIGNON 1995 - 2BOTTELS OF DUBBEL-Veritas Gold 1997 -Bottels of a light bodied wine , with a ruby red colour . It shows typical varietal characteristics with a berry-like nose , which , together with fruit , carries through to the palate. The soft green walnut flavour has blended well with subtle oak character , providing complexity and a lingering aftertaste.

KWV CATHEDRAL CELLAR  MERLOT 1995 - 4 BOTTELS A blend of cabernet sauvignon , merlot and cabernet french aged in 300 litre french oak barrels to ensure a perfect fruity flavour, ensuring its complex cabernet character is enhanced.

KWV CATHEDRAL CELLAR CABERNET SAUVIGNON 1994 - To ensure a perfect fruity , with a sweet plum flavour , and firmness by a hint of oak. The winemaker meticulously monitors the wine's maturation in small oak barrels to ensure its complex cabernet character is enhanced.
