The Pre-Amp EQ is powered by two 9V batteries (included) and the  Gain control activates its functioning
 
 
 
Though primarily accepting a mono ¼” input, it has been tested with stereo input and output to PC and produces stereo sound wave
The belt-clip is still sealed with the two screws to attach the clip to the back of the Pre-Amp EQ
 
 
 
It has its original box and instruction sheet
 
 
 
This Pre-Amp Equalizer is desirable and collectable antiquity which still offers its full functionality
