As pictured. This is a promotional item.  Please see the STOCK IMAGE I downloaded form the internet for how this would have been presented when new. I have only shown this for information purposes, the van is not in original packaging.  Looking at the undercarriage one gets the feel it was based on a Märklin van, if one views specific attributes, such as the axle stabilisers and general detail. If you want this to run well you may want to replace the wheels. Note the wheels are loose on axle.

Regarding price

Thanks to the ever depreciating value of the Rand these items are becoming harder to locate at a reasonable price. The cost to import is increasing almost daily. If you want it, buy it because next time around it may be twice the price.
