The book is in very good condition. The jacket is price cilpped and frayed at spine ends and corners.
The Schreider couple and their dog travelled from the Arctic Circle in Alaska to the southernmost tip of Tierra del Fuego in their amphibious jeep, a distance of 20 000 miles (more than 30 000 km). Travelling the length of the Americas by means of their own power. A lovely read for the adventurous!
