Giardiniera (Pronounced Jar-Din-Air-Ah) is a versatile Italian vegetable relish that can be used on a variety of different foods like bruschetta, burgers, pasta salad, hot dogs, tuna salad, sandwiches, and much more. It is wonderful mixed into pasta or even on pizza. Our version is Lacto-Fermented, crunchy, tart & flavourful. This product requires special packaging in order to maintain cold temperature & therefore is only available via courier services.

Storage Instructions

Must be refrigerated at ALL TIMES! Our Ferments are filled with naturally grown live bacteria and therefore need to be kept at 5 degrees Celsius or less to prevent over-fermentation.
