Please Note that most of our clothes are second hand.

The size provided is on the label of the garment or in some cases estimated.

Please use the size chart as a guide or ask us for assistance.

It is the customer’s duty to enquire about the size and quality of the garment.

The actual colour of the garment may vary depending on lighting and monitor display.

Most of the items are in a good condition and every effort will be made to point out any defects.

Please note that most of the items were pre-loved and could have minor defects that have been overlooked.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds and returns will be determined on a case by case basis.

Customers will only be entitled to a full refund if the items are returned at the customers expense within 7 days unopened and in original packaging.

Shipping

Items will only be processed once payment has been received.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your items have been shipped.

It is the customers responsibility to track and collect parcels.

We will not be liable for any delay in shipping, loss of parcel, strikes, public holidays etc which are beyond our control.

A SNC will be filed after 7 days for non payment and a negative rating in some instances.
