The Flouncy Top gives you flounce for sure, but she gives you so much more than that. She has only 2 seams that run either side of the neck opening. Wear the neck across your body from shoulder to shoulder and you have a short top with flouncy panels over the arms. Wear the neck opening from front to back and you have a longer tunic style top that can be worn on its own or with your own belt at the waist. The Flouncy top also works well as a large scarf and a wrap. One size fits all body shapes. The only limit would be your imagination! Made in South Africa by New Vintage
