The Gillian Jacket is sleeveless which is unusual for a jacket. However with the quilted heavyweight fabric she is great for wearing over a long sleeve and revealing some of the outfit underneath. Her design is very much like a dress with a full frontal button up closure, soft belt at the waist and pockets in the side seams of the full skirt.
