This high waist long skirt features a broad waistband with ties extending from each side seam to tie in front and an elasticated back. Reaching to the floor she has a wide flair and pockets tucked into the side seams. The elegance of the fabric print ensures an entry to every smart event but with flats you'll be just at home at a luncheon.
