This is a RARE item from the early 1900's. A Landscape Watercolor Print (colored by Hand) by the Italian Born artist LUCA CHIOFFI, of LAGO DI GARDA (Lake Garda) which is the Largest Lake in Italy which is an extremely popular tourist destination. The Lake has a number of villages and seaside resorts as well as Villas on its banks

LUCA CHIOFFI was born and raised in Italy in the Early 1900's, and his works are EXTREMELY difficult to find

The artist has captured one such Villa which fronts the Lake in this amazing watercolor Print

The Watercolor Print has been colored by Hand and is executed on PERIOD paper. The artist has signed this work and Titled it at the bottom in Pencil.

The Frame has Protective Glass and a brass hook/clip is attached at the back for it to be hung up. The Piece was framed in GERMANY as labels on the back attest

Glass and Watercolor Print are in PERFECT condition with NO damages or breakages.The Frame has a small chip on the left on the outer edge
