DOSAGE

Each individuals need is different.  We suggest starting on a low dose, 0.25ml (5 drops).  You can then increase by 3 drops every 14-20 days as needed until you find your sweet spot.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Do not immediately replace your meds with the oils, please liaise with your ambassador and health practitioner.  Place drops under your tongue and hold for 60 seconds before swallowing.  Eat before use.

Please note that in cold conditions the oil does congeal.  Before use, place sealed bottle in a cup warm water to liquefy contents.

Store in a cool, dry place.
