The modern, 9ct yellow gold, stud earrings have pins and butterflies. They are each set with a heart-shaped mab pearl (the blister circa 14.2mm diameter; heart-shaped surround 18.6mm x 16.2mm round; smooth; very good lustre; very light grey with pink to coppery overtones; no significant blemishes). The earrings are unmarked but test to be 9ct gold. The earrings have plastic and metal butterflies.
