This is a very bright and beautiful ring with an unusual combination of gemstones. The oval cut large amethyst is accented with tanzanite in this hand made sterling silver Ring. The amethyst gemstone has an exquisite deep purple colour and an excellent clarity, making it a high quality gemstone. It is 1,9 carats. Each shoulder is decorated with 2 x round cut and 1 x teardrop cut bluish lavender tanzanites, totalling 0,22 carats.. The two different colours of purple accentuate and brighten the ring head wonderfully! The amethyst and tanzanite gemstones are claw set in sterling silver. Stretching 17 mm up the finger, the ring head is quite large - it sits 6mm high above the finger. The shank of the ring is rather narrow, sleek and solid. I love the elegance and beautiful soft shine of this ring!
The ring has several hallmarks including the jeweller mark and '925' for sterling silver.
