LARGE AMETHYST, MOZAMBIQUE GARNET AND CHALCEDONY CLUSTER
STERLING SILVER RING 925
If you like natural gemstones, there is a lot of gemstone to love in this stunning piece of jewellery. The ring is set with 6 x oval faceted lilac Brazilian amethysts, 6 x pear shaped Africa-mined blue chalcedony and 6 x round cut Mozambique garnet gemstones. The gemstones have all been jeweller tested and authenticated. The ring itself is solid sterling silver that has been crafted into a very large lattice pear-shaped design into which the gemstones have been claw-set. The design looks very much like three vines running across the ring head into which the gemstones have been set, evocative of leaves. For extra lustre, the jeweller has coated the sterling silver in real 14k white gold. The combination of the three colours gives the ring a particularly mystical and elegant appearance. Weighing in at 7,2g it has a nice solid feel. The ring head is large, running 25mm up the finger, and sitting 8mm above the finger. The whole piece has a lovely organic feel about it, its colour and sheer size guaranteeing that it will be a conversation piece. The ring bears the hallmark '925' for sterling silver.
