BOLD GEOMETRIC RING - SAPPHIRES, TANZANITES AND AMETHYSTS SET IN STERLING SILVER. 925. LARGE!

This piece is big and bold, and is an unusual design. Very modern and geometric, the ring head is a flat rectangle studded with a carpet of 63 claw set, natural round cut gemstones - mixed in such a way that the colour graduates from the purple of amethysts, through the purple-tinged blues of tanzanites to the clear blues of sapphires. The shank is quite wide, with very broad shoulders decorated beautifully with an openwork butterfly on either side, and organic filigree on the other two. Its a heavy piece weighing in at 8,78 grams and fits a fairly large ring size 9 (R/three quarters). The table top ring head sits 3mm above the finger. It bears the 925 hallmark for sterling silver and all of the gemstones have been jeweller tested and authenticated.
