Offered for sale is a stylish large glass fruit bowl or centrepiece designed by highly rated British artist Anita Harris for Dartington Crystal UK. This item is called a Palm bowl and the shape clearly is inspired by the ruffled  fan like shape of certain species of Palm fronds. The bowl is made from press moulded glass with a kite or diamond shaped base and an attractive slanted asymmetrical profile. This piece retains the original Dartington  makers paper label and is in very good condition. Dimensions : width 31 cm ; height 12cm  measured flat on a table top . This range of glassware was manufactured in 1983/4. The bowl was designed in 4 different sizes. 

Postage is R90 via Sapo or R120 for Postnet/courier delivery. Collection welcome from Emmerantia Jhb.
