Payment

• Payment should be done within 24 Hours after auction closes.
• We accept bob Pay EFT, Cash Deposits & bob Bucks Vouchers.
   

Shipping

• Items are shipped with 48 hours after receiving full payment( excluding weekends and holidays).
• Buyer should provide physical address for Door to Door Shipping.
• We do not deliver on FARMS and we do not use South African Post Office.
• We do not ship outside South Africa. 

Returns

• In the event an item is faulty, the buyer has 7 days from receipt of the item to contact us in order to request an exchange or return.
• All sales are final after 7 days from receipt of the item.
• The costs of returning faulty items are payable by the user and only traceable shipping methods should be used.
• Goods returned must be sent in the original packaging, with all accessories and in good condition.
• We do not accept returns for items that are physically damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear.
• A refund will be issued after the returned product has been inspected. In cases where packaging have been damaged or returned in poor and/or abused condition, a 10% handling fee will apply.
