   LARGE BALTIC AMBER AND STERLING SILVER DROP AND DANGLE EARRINGS. 925. HANDCRAFTED ORGANIC SHAPE, BEAUTIFUL INCLUSIONS!  

This striking and large pair of drop and dangle earrings features organic oval shaped Baltic amber cabochons, sitting on an openwork sterling silver oval with a simple wavy border that attaches on 4 points, creating an interesting frame for the honey-hued amber. The amber has particularly eye-catching inclusions, suspended flecks in gold, brown and orange that catch the light as the earrings move. The hooks that go through the ears have an additional hinged safety catch. The earrings bear the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver. The genuine Baltic amber is from Poland, and a little certificate to that effect will accompany the earrings. Measuring 22mm wide x 49mm long, and weighing 14,32 grams together these are bold as well as beautiful. Baltic amber is becoming increasingly difficult to source as the prices of amber jewellery in Europe are soaring. Found this lovely pair of handcrafted earrings and was delighted with them as they are big (49 mm length x 22 mm across) and bold.
