LARGE, HEAVY SOLID STERLING SILVER REAL RUBY AND BRAZILIAN MINED EMERALD RING BROAD SHANK 9,8 grams!

Beautifully made and a really solid piece of jewellery, this rather unusual showy ring features a gorgeous fan-like design feature, multiple strands of solid sterling silver packed together with the air of the opening tail on an exotic bird. Each strand has been studded with natural pink rubies in a row, claw set and round cut. The central feature of the ring head brings the design elements together around a natural Brazilian earth-mined softly faceted oval emerald of a gentle green hue. The colour combination of the silver against the deep pinks and the soft green is pretty and unusual. Its a big ring ... 27 x 22 mm on the ring head and softly domed to present 9 mm above the finger. The ring is a wonderful snug fit as a result of the fan-like shape curving all the way around the ring head from one side to the other. It weighs in at a hefty 9,8 grams. The silver is solid and gemstones are all natural.
