This beautiful piece is crafted in solid sterling silver, featuring a marquise-shaped natural labradorite cabochon of the most magnificent colour. Depending on how you twist the stone into the light, it ranges from sea-grey to deep blue with a positively electric undertone and smoky brown inclusions. The smoothly polished cabochon is bezel set in sterling silver, framed by 3 x twisted ropes of different widths, with the twists running in opposite directions, and creating an interesting, tactile frame for the gemstone. The 23mm long x 18mm wide ring head reaches 7mm above the finger, sitting on a solid, polished medium sterling silver shank that is narrower under the finger for comfort, broadening swiftly on the shoulders. A simple raised spiral detail on each shoulder is joined by a trilogy of raised nubs; one on either side of the spiral, and one at the bottom. The piece bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver and weighs a solid 6,7 grams, sitting snugly and comfortably on the finger.
Ring head: 23mm long x 18mm wide x 7mm high Weight: 6,7 grams Ring size: 8 3/4 ('R 1/4' in SA or British sizing)
