LARGE ROUND MOTHER OF PEARL MULTICOLOURED MOSAIC DESIGN STERLING SILVER RING. 925.

This striking handcrafted piece is really quite special! Multicoloured and detailed, the ring features a multicoloured floral mosaic design with lustrous mother of pearl set in different coloured resin; the individual shapes are bordered in sterling silver much as a stained glass window is separated by lead. The 25mm diameter ring head is also accented with round cut real gemstones. The slightly domed ring head sits 6mm above the finger, and has a curvilinear border in sterling silver, sitting firmly on a simple sterling silver shank that forks on the shoulders, the better to support the large ring head. The piece weighs a solid 8.33 grams, and bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver. Its a beautiful piece of jewellery art and a real conversation piece to wear!
