LARGE NATURAL EARTH-MINED BLACK AGATE PENDANT IN STERLING SILVER ON THONG

A large piece of natural earth-mined black agate, with an interesting white inclusion visible on the front of the pendant, and a variegated inclusion running through the back. The agate has been polished into a pear-shaped cabochon bezel set in solid sterling silver. The bale is a particularly solid and rigid piece of sterling silver. It measures 17 mm long and is 7 mm wide at the top, allowing it to comfortably accommodate even a thick chain. The pendant measures 9 cm (90 mm) x 3,7 cm (37 mm). The thong is 50 cm (500 mm) long and includes a 5 cm extender chain. The necklace weighs a solid 37,3 grams and is hallmarked 925 for sterling silver.
