Please be advised that we have one allocated parceling day each week. This falls on a Thursday. Tracking Numbers will be sent via the Bid or Buy System for reference as soon as the parcel is delivered to the post office. To package parcels and get it sent could take up to seven working days depending on when payment reflects. If you urgently need a parcel do not hesitate to give us a call or send an email.
We will not take responsibility for breakages that occur when parcels are sent via the South African Post office, we will however look at this in extreme cases.
