large vintage collectable composition doll from 1940

Antique Collectable Composition doll from 1940's very big 65 cm long

This doll is in a fair condition if you consider her age. She has not been restored or repainted. the linen body is still in a clean condition. There is damage to both ring fingers and small spots on the heels as shown in the photo's. Slight age related crackling in the paint on the legs, See Photo's.There is also a slight opening of the head joint but not all the way around. her eyes are faded from age and eyelashes missing on one eye.

This doll is dressed in a pretty well made (muslin?)dress from the same period as the doll.The clothes were made on an old sewing machine without zig-zag stitching. she wears silky underwear and a pretty matching bonnet with lace.
