Lassar will sharpen your knife when it needs sharpening - FOR FREE .Now this might sound like a marketing con , but bear in mind that the knife when used correctly will only need sharpening every couple of years. Its not a long procedure to sharpen so we are not afraid to offer free sharpening. Lassar will cover the cost of postage during the 24 month gaurantee period. Large chips up to 3mm deep along the blade length can be repaired. Broken tips can be repaired by shortening the knife when sharpening . If you want to sharpen your knife yourself you will need a sharpening kit that has a diamond stone that is 1000 grit .You sharpen in the same manner as steel knives but use a gentle sharpening action. Also Lassar will also sharpen your steel knives for a fee so feel free to bring these in at the same time .
