This one is a tough customer. Because its a fairly narrow blade it can be used on tough vegetables like butternut squash etc. Of course it will still do all the other normal vegetable and fruit cutting as well.
Its also great for sushi and filleting bigger fish . Though of course if it is a big fish don't try hack through the rib bones. You will have to do that the normal way with a steel cleaver.
