Wiring is simplified too, since the hub's automatic polarity detection and correction feature switches the polarity cable receive pair that has been wired incorrectly and there is no softwareto load or configure so the EtherEZ is truly plug and play. The hub also features automatic partioning and reconnection to minimize network downtime and jabber lock-up protection tp prevent data loss.
