Terms and Conditions
- In the event an item is faulty, the buyer has 7 days from receipt of the item to contact us in order to request an exchange or return.
- All sales are final after 7 days from receipt of the item.
- The costs of returning faulty items are payable by the user and only traceable shipping methods should be used.
- Goods returned must be sent in the original packaging, with all accessories and in good condition.
- We do not accept returns for items that are physically damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear.
- A refund will be issued after the returned product has been inspected. In cases where packaging have been damaged or returned in poor and/or abused condition, a 10% handling fee will apply.
