Recent developments in legal practice have highlighted the dynamic nature of the law of persons - discussion, litigation and resolution in court of issues such as domicile, surrogacy, the status of persons who have undergone operations altering their sex, the legal status of children's rights in general, have changed the face of the law of persons.
