Lawrence Green book - I heard the olod men say (2nd edition 1965). Pages are in good condition; white not faded yellowy nor brown.

Note the DIY cover is not the original.

If you wish to pay additional R60 separately, then I could be persuaded to use PEP PAXI courier service (up to 5 Kgs) which takes about 8 or 9 days to arrive at your local branch and you receive an SMS to collect.
