Lawrence Green book - I heard the old men say .  Signed by the author.  No original dust-jacket. Pages are in good condition except for a few minor stains.

Collection in Parow, CPT.  No qualms if you arrange for a friend or third party to collect for you. 

Ordinarily, I am not involved on the admin side of any courier service.

If you wish to pay additional R60 separately, then I could be persuaded to use PEP PAXI courier service (up to 5 Kgs) which takes about 8 or 9 days to arrive at your local branch and you receive an SMS to collect.
