A good example of a WWI Lee Enfield 1907 sword bayonet by Sanderson. (No scabbard.)
The bayonet is is good overall condition with blueing on the blade, no nicks and locking button functional. Some slight damage to wooden handle
Marks (left ricasso) : Crown and "G.R." (George Rex) over "1907" (pattern model) over "11" and "17" (manufacture date - November 1917) over "Sanderson" (manufacturer).
Marks (right ricasso) : War Office broad arrow and "X" (bend test stamp) with a number of inspection stamps.
The bayonet length is 55 cm and the blade 43 cm
