The skillet-grill offers the combined advantages of a grill and a frying pan.
The ribbed base is ideal for grilling food with a minimum of fat whilst the high curved edges enable you to prepare delicious sauces.
All that you need for:
• Searing quickly, with a minimum of fat, small pieces of meat, poultry, fish for 2 to 3 people
• Grilling vegetables, small brochettes, fruits, toasts
• Finishing cooking thicker pieces of meat in the oven (chicken, duck)
• Roasting a piece of lamb or beef in the oven
• Deglazing caramelised residues of grilled meats with a glass of wine to make a delicious sauce
• Ribbed base separates the food from the fat and gives characteristic char lines.
• Black enameled interior, very durable, easy to clean, doesn't wear or peel off at high temperatures. Forms its own non-stick coating after a few uses.
