A brooch: 36mm wide, 59mm high, 3-dimensional = has depth.
Made of exceptionally fine mouth-blown filigree by a master craftsman who has since retired - no more of these will ever be available; I have a few of his items.
2 leaf stalks are missing at the lower end = mostly unnoticeable. Your jeweller can add them if you like.
