Delivery Terms:
-Items are sent to the address on Bid or Buy only, please make sure they are correct as we can’t be held responsible for incorrect addresses.
-Orders will be shipped on the first business day following payment.
-Please check goods upon receiving in front of courier driver for any damage or shortages, as this can’t be corrected later.
-Damage or shortage claims attended after 24 hours from acceptance of delivery will not be attended to.
Return/refund Policy:
-You may only return items via post office as advised by us
-You have 7 days to return it from the date it was received in an original packaging.
-If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
