We buy bales of clothing and items from large chain stores in South Africa. Items inside the bales is a mystery when we buy. Most of the items are overrun items or returned items. Sometimes we need to wash the items to get rid of the "wearhouse smell" because of how long it was in storage. Items gets compressed in bales and sometimes a button may brake or we have a jacket with no matching belt. But we will mention this in the listing. If no comment is made on the item we did not find any faults on it. We do have a team that inspects each item before it gets listed but sometime we might miss a small flaw. Please be patient with us if we do. If it is a major fault we will gladly return and refund. But we will however not refund an item if the fault was listed and you still decided to buy.
