You love the look of fairy lights, but you hate buying batteries. AA batteries drain fast, and changing them halfway through a dinner party is a hassle. You also don't want a heavy brick adapter taking up valuable space on your power strip. You just want simple, continuous light without the maintenance.
These USB-powered LED Fairy Lights are the upgrade you need. If you have a USB port, you have light. Plug them into an old phone charger for a permanent setup. It is the most versatile and cost-effective power option on the market.
This is a solid 10-meter string fitted with 100 bright LED chips. Like our battery version, the lights are mounted on a naked copper wire. This wire is thin, flexible, and almost invisible when the lights are turned on.
Because it runs on standard 5V USB power, it is safe to touch and will not overheat. The USB connector fits into any standard port of laptops, power banks, TV slots, or car chargers. They are available in a full range of colors including Cool White, Warm White, Blue, Red, Purple, Green, Pink and Multicolour.
Runs on Power Banks: You are not tied to a wall socket. If you plug this string into a standard pocket power bank, you have a portable light source that can run for days. You can take it camping or put it in the middle of a garden table.
No Light Fading: Battery lights get dim as the power drains. USB power is constant. Your lights stay at 100% brightness from the moment you plug them in until you turn them off. You get consistent performance every time.
Use What You Have: You don't need to buy special equipment. You already own the power source. Use the spare USB port on your router, your laptop, your TV, or that drawer full of old phone charging blocks.
Safe 5V Power: The low voltage makes these incredibly safe. The copper wire creates zero heat. You can wrap them around bed frames, sheer curtains, or dried wood arrangements without any risk of scorching or fire.
Plug the string directly into your PC tower or monitor. You can coil the wire behind your screen for a "bias lighting" effect or run it along the edge of your desk for a custom neon look.
Most modern TVs have a USB port on the back. Plug these lights in and tape them to the rear of the TV. When you turn the TV on, the wall behind it glows. It reduces eye strain and looks great for movie nights.
The copper wire is lightweight and easy to pack. Connect it to a power bank and loop it around the inside of your tent or gazebo. It gives you much better light spread than a single torch or lantern.
Because you don't have to change batteries, these are perfect for high places. Run them along a cornice or wrap them around a rafter. Plug them in once and forget about them.
Stop wasting money on disposable batteries. Upgrade to USB and keep the lights on for as long as you want.
Select your colour and plug into instant atmosphere.
Is the USB Connector Waterproof?
No, the copper wire and the LEDs are waterproof and can be exposed to rain or water. The metal USB plug itself is NOT waterproof. You must keep the connection point dry.
Does It Charge Up?
No, this does not have an internal battery. It must stay plugged into a USB power source (like a power bank or plug) to work. If you unplug it, it turns off.
Can I Cut the String?
No, the circuit is the entire length of the copper wire. If you cut the wire, the electrical loop breaks, and the remaining lights will stop working.
How Much Power Does It Use?
Very little. These are highly efficient LEDs. A standard 10,000mAh power bank can typically run a 10m string for over 24 hours of continuous use.
Do They Flash?
Standard USB models are "Steady On" (static light). They are for constant lighting only.
