To maximize the life of the bracelet we suggest you turn the bracelet on for 2 or 3 hours or until it begins to fade a bit. If you give it a rest for 10 to 30 minutes, the bracelet will become brighter again. You can repeat this within the same night, or you can use again when you like. You should get at least 12 to 15 hours total use. 
The batteries can be replaced if done carefully, Open the inner cover to expose the battery pack of 3. Remove carefully noticing the contact points and how they work, You can now place 3 new type AG3 batteries in the same space.
