These light strips are solid and easy to install wherever you need lighting during loadshedding. They come with crocodile clips and you could easily cut and extend the cable depending on where you install it.
I run mine off a gate battery and it gives me days of loadshedding cover.
It has an on and off button on the one side and is bright. I run it off a 12v battery. To that battery I have three of these attached which light three different areas.
