Dear Customer, Please note:
- If you order a full 5mtr roll, there will be a Positive and Negative wire attached to one end of the strip for your ease of use.
- If you order less than 5 mtr, the strip will be cut from a roll, and there will not be a Positive and Negative wire attached to the end
Should you need 100mm long wires soldered to the end of the cut piece of strip, please add R15 for a permanent solder joint.
Longer lengths of wire @R5 per mtr can also be soldered to the end of the strip or alternatively buy a solderless connector as per our listing.
Interesting information: IP Rating (International Protection Rating)
A) Non Waterproof Led Strip = IP20 (Definition: Protection from objects 12.5mm in size such as fingers and no protection against water)
B) Waterproof Led Strip= IP65 (Definition: Protection from Dust & Water projected by a nozzle (6.3mm) against enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects.Test duration:at least 3 minutes. Water volume:12.5 litres per minute. Pressure:30 kN/m² at distance of 3m)
