This Special Exclusive was Released only through Certain Shell Petrol Stations in order to Promote SHELL V-Power... They were never distributed through Toy Shops, so were not made in large amounts... Many Countries did not do this promotion, and those that did ran the Promotion for only about a Month... Now that the promotion has ended, this set has become very hard to find, highly sought after by collectors and high in Value !!
