Seven leaves extracted from various issues.

They all contain wood-engraved illustrations of archaeological discoveries - principally those made by Austen Layard at Nineveh. At the time that these images were published, the discoveries were 'hot news'.

Condition varies but is generally good.

Some images will probably frame nicely. Others might be suitable for scrapbooking.
