NEW PARTS - Are exactly that! Parted out by us from sealed boxed sets. Minimal handling, straight from box to bag to drawer. Please note that new doesn't mean mint! Even coming straight from the factory new parts may have little scratches from their trip in Lego’s own bags in the box!

USED PARTS - These may come from different collections. These are used and will show some wear, scratching etc. Some will look new. Assume played with condition. I do not enter heavily tanned, broken, etc. White & Light Grey more often than not will show some discolouration.
