Box is sealed and in great condition (8/10). Box has a small shipping label tear on the back of box (in the middle, on right side by the tall LEGO Deco apartment building). There are a few light creases on the front and back of the box, as well as shelf wear on the front top corners of the box. N.B. The top left piece of LEGO seal tape at the back of the box, was not applied effectively (by factory) and has an unstuck bulge (cannot be clearly seen in image). The last 3 images above depict the actual set.
Set contains 1459 pieces.
