Box is sealed and in excellent to near-mint condition (9 to 9.5/10). Box has slight shelf wear on the top left edge (at the front), and very slight shelf wear on bottom edge in the centre (at the back). The last 2 images above depicts the actual item, illustrating the shelf wear.
