It has therefore become Very High in Value and Extremely Sought After by Lego Collectors, as so few of these were made... A Prized Collectible and will Certainly Rise in Value in the Future. All the other figures of this series had 3 to 5 of each included in the case of 60, so this is the RARE one that the Collectors are going Crazy for....

He is a Unique Special Commemorative release of the first ever Lego Minifigure made by Lego in 1978, to Celebrate the 40 Year Anniversary of Lego's first released Minifigure.
