Ernst Leitz repro - set, most likely for your Collector's Cabinet. If I had a camera and lenses for it, the price would be fairly astronomical.  

Three exdendable sets of legs, extremely well engineerd. ( as one would expect from Leitz, Leica now )  Three add-on lenses and a lenshood in original boxes. A 6 page instruction manual ( a bit battered ).
