Drawing from my background and extensive travels, I created a unique range of herb and spice mixes bringing you taste sensations from around the globe. Our Braai spice has a lekka twist, use on chicken, lamb, pork or beef for a lovely smoky flavour.
As South Africans, if there is one thing we love doing in summer (or really any time) is having a braai. It's the way we celebrate life.
One thing I always missed in a braai spice was one that was rich on flavour and not overwhelmingly salty. In my original recipe I combined just enough salt to be present, but gave emphasis to the flavours. I used smoked paprika as it gives a smoky flavour and combined it with the traditional flavours of coriander seeds, cumin and sage.
The recipe is designed to make the tastiest braai meat and can be used on chicken, lamb, pork, beef or even vegetables.
We use only the best quality non-GMO herbs in our products and our herbs are dried naturally.
